Tino Lisella Quoted in Financial Planning: “FINRA Fights for Life in 'Existential Threat' D.C. Court Case”

Tino Lisella was quoted in Financial Planning, in an article titled “FINRA Fights for Life in 'Existential Threat' D.C. Court Case.” The article discusses a legal challenge against FINRA that calls into question whether it's constitutional to allow a private organization to police so much of the securities industry.

"Whether this results in a substantial defanging of FINRA really depends on to what extent the court is willing to pull the plug on all this," Lisella said.
