Law360 quoted Aaron Weiss in its article titled “Fla. Legislators Roll Back Mini-TCPA Protections.” The article discusses proposed amendments to the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, which could limit what some say are meritless lawsuits over legitimate texts to customers.

Weiss calls the change to a safe harbor provision in the bill an "absolute game changer that will lead to a precipitous drop” in cases over text communications.
