Bill Sklar was quoted in Law360 Real Estate Authority, in an article titled “Top Real Estate Issues Tackled by Fla. Lawmakers in 2024.” The article discusses some of the most notable changes lawmakers sent to Governor Ron DeSantis’ desk, and ones the didn’t, after the recent 2024 session.

Sklar comments on Senate Bill 328, also known as the Live Local Act, stating that Senate leadership made clear that they did not view the bill as a “glitch bill” aimed at fixing problems, but rather as the first of what is likely to be a series of refinements to the Live Local Act over several years.

Sklar also comments on condos and community associations.
