Elliott Siebers was interviewed by Cybersecurity Law Report in an article titled “Deciphering California’s Pioneering Mandate for an AI Nutrition Label.” The article discusses the recently passed California law, the Artificial Intelligence Training Data Transparency Act (CAIT‑D), which requires generative AI developers to publicly post on their websites 12 types of details about the datasets they use to train their AI technology or service.
