Elliott Siebers was quoted in the Cybersecurity Law Report, in an article titled “Google Verdict Expands Privacy Rights to Anonymized Data.” The article discusses a federal jury decision ordering Google to pay $425.7 million in compensatory damages for harvesting data from third-party phone apps after users disabled a main Google privacy setting.
