Gene Rossi and Justin Chretien Interviewed in Daily Business Review: “Federal Judge Allows Majority of Claims in Miss America RICO Suit to Proceed”

Gene Rossi and Justin Chretien were interviewed in Daily Business Review in an article titled “Federal Judge Allows Majority of Claims in Miss America RICO Suit to Proceed.” The article discusses a Florida judge’s decision to deny most of Glenn Straub’s attempts to dismiss the claims in a $500 million civil RICO suit brought by CEO and owner of Miss America, Robin Fleming.
