Corruption Case.” The article discusses the charges facing former Connecticut state budget official Konstantinos Diamantis for allegedly soliciting and accepting bribes connected to school construction projects.
Rossi provided insight on the process stating, “In any public corruption case, you have to establish that the way things were done was out of the ordinary …. [and] that the alleged defendant played a role in causing that unusual process to occur."
