Gene Rossi was quoted in a Newsweek article titled “Donald Trump's Obama AI Arrest Video Is Mere 'Distraction': Legal Analysts.” The article discusses President Donald Trump’s reposting of an AI video on Truth Social showing the arrest of former President Barack Obama and how it could be a distraction as he faces backlash over his administration’s handling of the Epstein files.  

When speaking on the substantiveness of the claims that the Obama administration manufactured intelligence about Russia’s interference in the 2016 election, Rossi stated, “The chances of criminal charges lodged against President Obama are severely less than the chances of the Washington Nationals prevailing in the World Series this year.”
