Gina Alsdorf and Stephen Kraus were quoted in a CNBC article titled “401(k) Rollover Advice Rule Is at Risk. Here’s What Retirement Savers Need to Know.” The article discusses the Department of Labor’s 2024 fiduciary rule, which is at risk of being overturned as two federal district courts in Texas have delayed the rule’s start date and hinted the regulation may be unlawful.
