Neal McAliley Interviewed in Bloomberg Law: “DOJ Legal Delays Slow Environmental Cases and Frustrate Lawyers”
Neal McAliley was interviewed in a Bloomberg Law article titled “DOJ Legal Delays Slow Environmental Cases and Frustrate Lawyers.” The article discusses how staffing issues, turnover, and new priorities at the Department of Justice are stretching legal staff handling environmental issues and causing unusual delays.
