Neal McAliley was quoted in Law360 in an article titled “Better Process Not Certain as White House Loses NEPA Regs.” The article discusses the White House’s decision to rescind National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulation and the impact it will have on agencies and project approvals.

In response to this decision McAliley stated: “In the short to medium term, it's going to make NEPA compliance much more confusing, both for agencies and for courts and litigants." "And I think the effect of this could easily slow down permitting," he said.
