Carlton Fields Promotes Tampa Attorney Heidi Hudson Raschke to Shareholder

Tampa, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that it has elevated Heidi Hudson Raschke, Of Counsel in the firm’s Tampa office, to Shareholder.

Raschke represents clients in complex insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters. She has significant experience representing commercial property insurers in sophisticated first-party coverage matters, and also represents commercial insurers in complex disputes  involving directors and officers liability insurance, errors and omissions liability insurance, professional liability insurance, comprehensive general liability insurance,  and financial institution bonds. 

She has served in a leadership position for many professional organizations, including Chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Property Insurance Law Committee. She is also a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay.

Raschke received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Florida State University and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
