Rick Gross Chosen to Serve in ABA Leadership Positions

Carlton Fields Miami Shareholder Merrick “Rick” Gross has been chosen to serve as the co-chair of the Business Torts & Unfair Competition Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation for a one-year term. Gross was also appointed to serve on the ABA’s Standing Committee on the American Judicial System – Subcommittee on State Courts for a three-year term starting in August 2017.
