Carlton Fields’ Rick Gross Featured on ABA Business Law Panel

Carlton Fields Shareholder Merrick L. “Rick” Gross, who chairs the firm’s Business Litigation section of the National Trial Practice group, spoke on a panel entitled “Sharing the Attorney-Client Privilege — Too Much of A Good Thing” at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2018 Annual Meeting. The panel was held Sept. 14, 2018, in Austin, Texas.
