Carlton Fields’ Rick Gross Named Chair-Elect of CREFC High Yield Distressed Realty Assets Forum

Miami, Fla. – Carlton Fields Shareholder Merrick L. “Rick” Gross, who chairs the firm’s Business Litigation section of the National Trial Practice group, was named chair-elect of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) High Yield Distressed Realty Assets Forum. His term began at the organization’s June conference in New York.
 
The forum is dedicated to industry participants seeking high yield through lending or debt investment in commercial real estate. Participants include investors of B-notes, bridge, mezzanine, and non-performing loans; servicers; workout specialists; loan advisers; and specialty lenders from a domestic and a global perspective.
