Carlton Fields Intellectual Property Attorney Eleanor M. Yost Named to Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials

Tampa, Fla. – Carlton Fields Shareholder Eleanor M. Yost was named to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Bar Association’s inaugural Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list. The list recognizes female practitioners who have appeared in the highest number of U.S. Patent & Trademark Office PTAB trial proceedings since 2012. These leading female practitioners will also be featured in the PTAB Bar Association’s upcoming report on Women at the PTAB, which studies gender diversity at law firms and companies participating in PTAB proceedings.

Yost is an in-demand thought leader on the subject of PTAB post-grant proceedings. She has been featured on the topic in IPLaw360, AmLaw Daily, Corporate Counsel, Inside Counsel, The Recorder, Intellectual Property Magazine, Bloomberg BNA, Westlaw Journal Intellectual Property, The Pink Sheet, Managing IP, Lawdragon, and elsewhere.

Yost is board certified by The Florida Bar in Intellectual Property Law. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
