Carlton Fields Attorneys Recognized as National Law Review Go-To Thought Leaders

New York, NY – Carlton Fields insurance attorneys Rachel J. Schwartz and Alex B. Silverman are recipients of the National Law Review’s 2019 Go-To Thought Leadership Award. The award recognizes 75 exceptional authors in 35 legal practice areas who were selected from a pool of more than 100,000 legal news articles published by the National Law Review (NLR) in 2019.

Schwartz was recognized for her thought leadership in Arbitration Law, and Silverman was honored in the Insurance Law thought leadership category. Each attorney writes regular articles for Carlton Fields’ Reinsurance Focus blog, which focuses on reinsurance and arbitration law, and the Property Casualty Focus blog, which focuses on legal developments in the property and casualty insurance industry.

“The National Law Review’s online edition was developed by and for in-house attorneys, so we wanted to recognize thought leaders who identify and sort through the torrent of daily legal news and highlight the developments that require attention, as corporate attorneys tend to be generalists,” NLR Managing Director Jennifer Schaller said. “We also looked for practical guidance that provides a blueprint for action.”
