Carlton Fields Ranks Among Top Law Firms for Female Attorneys

Carlton Fields ranks as one of the top law firms in the nation for female attorneys, according to Law360’s 2020 Glass Ceiling Report. Carlton Fields ranks in the top 35 among law firms with 251-600 attorneys. The rankings are based on the combined percentages of female attorneys and female equity partners at the firm.

Earlier this year, Law360 also recognized Carlton Fields as one of the most racially diverse law firms in the country. The firm ranked No. 4 nationally among firms of its size (251-600 attorneys) in Law360’s 2020 Diversity Snapshot list of firms with the highest percentage of minority equity partners. Carlton Fields also ranked in the top 30 for minority attorneys.
