Vault Recognizes Carlton Fields as a 2021 Best Law Firm for Diversity

Carlton Fields is One of Only Six Law Firms in the Nation Ranked in the Top 10 in All Five Vault Diversity Categories

Carlton Fields continues to rank as one of the top law firms in the country for diversity. In the latest Vault report, 2021 Best Law Firms for Diversity, Carlton Fields ranked:

  • 4th in “Best Law Firms for Diversity,”
  • 4th in “Best Law Firms for Racial & Ethnic Diversity,”
  • 5th in “Best Law Firms for Individuals with Disabilities,”
  • 6th in “Best Law Firms for LGBTQ+ Individuals,” and
  • 8th in “Best Law Firms for Women.”

Carlton Fields is one of only six firms to rank in the top 10 nationally across all five Vault diversity categories. The firm also ranked in the top 15 “Best Law Firms in Florida” and in the top 25 “Best Law Firms for Technology and Innovation.”

These rankings follow numerous additional honors within the past year recognizing Carlton Fields’ commitment to diversity and inclusion:

  • 4th in Law360’s 2020 Diversity Snapshot for “The Best Law Firms for Minority Equity Partners” and in the top 30 for “The Best Law Firms for Minority Attorneys.”
  • Top 30 in the country for Diversity in American Lawyer’s 2020 Diversity Scorecard
  • 100 percent (perfect score) for 11th consecutive year on the 2020 Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index “Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality”

Vault's 2021 Rankings are derived from the Annual Associate Survey conducted during the first four months of 2020.
