Carlton Fields’ Alan Rosenthal Receives March of Dimes 2021 Movement Maker Volunteer Leadership Award

Miami, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Miami Shareholder Alan Rosenthal is the recipient of the March of Dimes 2021 Movement Maker Volunteer Leadership Award. The national award was one of four volunteer awards presented at the organization’s 2021 Volunteer Leadership Conference.

Rosenthal has been involved with March of Dimes for more than 50 years, supporting the nonprofit organization’s work to advance research, lead programs, and provide education and advocacy to fight for the health of mothers and babies. Rosenthal is a member of the organization’s South Florida board of directors and previously served as vice chair of the national board of trustees.

“Through the years, he has helped motivate countless others to get involved at the local level, and at the national level while serving on the Board of Trustees. He is one of the top March for Babies fundraisers in South Florida each year,” wrote March of Dimes in a statement.

At Carlton Fields, Rosenthal’s primary practice areas are complex business, banking, and real estate litigation. He litigates numerous high-profile cases in both state and federal courts throughout Florida, as well as in New York and California. As counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants, he frequently first chairs jury and bench trials and has argued a wide variety of appeals throughout the country.
