Carlton Fields’ Amanda Romfh Jesteadt Recognized by Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County

West Palm Beach, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Carlton Fields’ Amanda Romfh Jesteadt was recognized as a finalist of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County Giraffe Award, honoring “women who stick their necks out.” She was recognized at a virtual award ceremony on Thursday, March 25.

Jesteadt was selected because her focus, initiative, dedication, perseverance, and risk-taking made a difference to other women in the workplace and the community. Giraffe Award nominees have served as role models and mentors for other women and, through their leadership, promoted professional development for women in both the workplace and community.

Jesteadt is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in Florida and in the broader legal community. She currently serves as vice chair of the board of directors of the Women’s Foundation of Florida, and she co-chairs Carlton Fields’ Women’s Business Resource Group with Tampa Shareholder Jin Liu. Jesteadt is also a past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Palm Beach County Chapter (2018-2019) and served on The Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee (2015-2019).

At Carlton Fields, Jesteadt's practice focuses on litigation and counseling in complex antitrust and telecommunications matters. She defends companies facing antitrust and unfair competition claims. In addition, as part of Carlton Fields’ antitrust cartel recovery practice, she assists corporate clients to recover damages from national and international cartels. Jesteadt also represents wireless carriers in nationwide litigation.
