Carlton Fields’ Amanda Romfh Jesteadt Named Women’s Foundation of Florida Vice Chair

West Palm Beach, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that West Palm Beach Shareholder Amanda Romfh Jesteadt was named vice chair of the board of directors of the Women’s Foundation of Florida.

The Women’s Foundation of Florida is a volunteer-led organization that invests in women and girls to encourage leadership and positively affect their economic, political, and social status. Jesteadt’s term as vice chair is three years, ending in 2024. She has served on the board of directors since 2019.

Jesteadt is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in Florida and in the broader legal community. She is a past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Palm Beach County Chapter (2018-2019) and served on The Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee (2015-2019). Jesteadt currently co-chairs Carlton Fields’ Women’s Business Resource Group with Tampa Shareholder Jin Liu.

At Carlton Fields, Jesteadt's practice focuses on litigation and counseling in complex antitrust and telecommunications matters. She defends companies facing antitrust and unfair competition claims. In addition, as part of Carlton Fields’ antitrust cartel recovery practice, she assists corporate clients to recover damages from national and international cartels. Jesteadt also represents wireless carriers in nationwide litigation.
