Holly L. Weaver Joins Carlton Fields in Miami

Miami, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Holly L. Weaver has joined the firm as an associate in Miami.

Weaver is a member of Carlton Fields’ Mass Tort and Product Liability Practice, which defends Fortune 100 manufacturers in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. Firm attorneys maintain lead roles in virtually every mass tort portfolio of cases pending in Florida. Examples include talc and opioid mass tort litigation, as well as litigation involving asbestos, tobacco, automotive, and a host of pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Weaver served as a law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she managed a case docket of more than 150 civil and criminal cases in one of the nation’s busiest judicial districts.

Weaver previously served for nearly two decades in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. As division chief of the court human resources division, she managed the development and implementation of national human resources policies to facilitate strategic recruitment, management, compensation, growth, and retention of the federal judiciary’s workforce of approximately 30,000 employees.

Weaver earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
