Carlton Fields Recognized as JD Supra’s Readers Choice Award’s Top Law Firm for Insurance for Fourth Consecutive Year

Firm’s Data Privacy and Insurance Attorneys Also Recognized as Top Thought Leaders

For the fourth consecutive year, Carlton Fields is the Top Law Firm for insurance thought leadership, according to JD Supra’s Readers Choice Awards. Only one law firm is eligible to earn the Top Law Firm classification in each of the 28 categories covered by the awards.

Two firm attorneys were also acknowledged as Top Authors, based on consistently high readership and engagement of their thought leadership articles in 2020. Shareholder Scott Feather was a Top Author in the insurance category, and Shareholder Joseph Swanson was designated the same in the data privacy category. Less than one percent of JD Supra authors receive the Top Author recognition.

Carlton Fields’ insurance thought leadership is distributed through Expect Focus®, the firm’s review of developments in the life, annuity, and retirement solutions insurance industry, and the PropertyCasualtyFocus blog covering legal and regulatory developments affecting participants in the property and casualty insurance industry. Firm attorneys also publish extensively on ever-evolving cybersecurity and data privacy topics.

Additionally, the Readers’ Choice Awards recognized Carlton Fields’ article, “COVID-19 Class Actions By State,” as a Top Read Article in the class action category.

The JD Supra Readers Choice Awards recognize top authors and firms who were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media, and other professionals across the platform during 2020. JD Supra delivers need-to-know legal and business content to professionals in all industries in daily email digests, via more than 100 proprietary social feeds, on mobile platforms, to partner websites, and as news across the web.
