Carlton Fields Adds Business Litigator in New York

New York, NY – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Carter J. Wallace has joined the firm as an associate in New York. He is a member of the firm’s National Business Litigation Practice.

Carlton Fields’ Business Litigation Practice is its largest, comprising more than 150 attorneys in 11 offices across the country who handle complex business trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Chambers USA 2022 ranks the firm as “highly regarded” for its general commercial litigation practice.

Wallace focuses his practice on matters involving commercial disputes, antitrust, professional liability, and insurance. His experience includes representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel, in addition to directors, officers, insurance agents, accountants, architects, and other professionals in complex malpractice litigation. He advises clients throughout all stages of litigation, including investigations, discovery, court conferences, motions practice, depositions, expert reviews, and all pretrial and trial preparation. He has also handled matters in the areas of employment law, creditors’ rights, shareholder disputes, and real estate law. 

Wallace received his J.D., cum laude, from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
