Austin, TX – Carlton Fields represented Arc Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of a high-profile boutique office building across from the state capitol in Austin, Texas. The transaction involved the negotiation and documentation of a complex joint venture with a global alternative asset management company and a multimillion-dollar acquisition loan from Grant Street Funding. The transaction closed on April 8, 2022.

The Carlton Fields team included Los Angeles attorneys Robert Friedman, Brad Markoff, Steven Anapoell, and Scott Page.
