Austin, TX – Carlton Fields represented Arc Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of a high-profile boutique office building across from the state capitol in Austin, Texas. The transaction involved the negotiation and documentation of a complex joint venture with a global alternative asset management company and a multimillion-dollar acquisition loan from Grant Street Funding. The transaction closed on April 8, 2022.
