Fiona E. Foley Joins Carlton Fields

Tampa, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Fiona E. Foley joined the firm as an associate in Tampa. She is a member of the firm’s nationally ranked Construction Practice.
Foley focuses her practice on construction litigation. She also has experience handling general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, trucking, medical malpractice, and a variety of other civil cases. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including pleading, discovery, motions, mediation, and strategy, and as second chair at trial.
Foley received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.S. from the University of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
