Jimmy Pham Appointed Treasurer of Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association

ORLANDO, FL – Jimmy Pham was appointed to serve as treasurer of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association. He will serve a one-year term, ending in 2024.

The association’s mission is to represent and advocate for the interests of the Asian Pacific American community of the Greater Orlando area. It also aims to encourage and promote the professional growth of its members, broaden professional opportunities for Asian Pacific American attorneys, and coordinate legal services to Asian Pacific American communities in the Greater Orlando area.

In his practice, Pham represents national lending clients in commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on multifamily housing transactions under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programs. Pham also has experience with federally insured loans for multifamily housing and health care under FHA/HUD programs.
