Lee Stapleton Named Editor in Chief of American Bar Association’s Litigation Journal

MIAMI, FL – Lee Stapleton begins her two-year term as editor in chief of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Journal. Her first edition as editor will be released in fall 2023.

As editor in chief, Stapleton chairs an editorial board of 27 attorneys who are responsible for overseeing all aspects of production for the journal, from content to authors to design. Stapleton has served on the journal’s board as an editor for more than 20 years.

At Carlton Fields, Stapleton is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. She has a long record of handling complex matters for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in various industries throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Prior to going into private practice, Stapleton had a storied 16-year career as a federal prosecutor.
