Mark Neubauer Named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 LA500

LOS ANGELES, CA – Carlton Fields attorney Mark Neubauer was selected for inclusion in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 LA500 list. The annual list recognizes the most influential leaders and impactful executives in Los Angeles.

Throughout more than 45 years of practice, Neubauer has achieved key litigation victories for some of the world’s most well-known companies, protecting them from multimillion-dollar claims. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. Recognized as one of California’s top trial lawyers, Neubauer has received accolades such as The Best Lawyers in America for bet-the-company litigation, BTI “Client Service All-Stars,” Los Angeles Business Journal's “Top 100 Lawyers,” and Los Angeles Daily Journal’s “Top Labor & Employment Lawyers” and “Top 10 Defense Verdicts.”

Neubauer has held a number of leadership positions with the American Bar Association, California State Bar, Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. His civic work includes recognition as ACLU and Public Counsel’s Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year for his work in both health and education reform.

As the founder of Carlton Fields’ Los Angeles office, he led the West Coast practice in its expansion into California in 2014. Under his leadership, the office has grown over 40%, including three leading female first-chair trial attorneys.
