Carlton Fields’ Neal McAliley Named Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers

MIAMI, FL – Neal McAliley was elected as a fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL).

ACOEL is an invitation-only association of lawyers dedicated to maintaining and improving the ethical practice of environmental law through rigorous focus, outreach, and education. ACOEL fellows are recognized by their peers as preeminent in their field.

McAliley has practiced environmental law and litigation for more than 30 years. He focuses primarily on federal matters and advises clients on environmental issues related to energy production, permitting, real estate transactions, wetland jurisdiction, environmental issues associated with public infrastructure projects, and administrative, civil, and criminal enforcement. He has significant experience in litigation involving federal agencies under NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, the Lacey Act, and related federal environmental statutes.
