Carlton Fields Ranks Among Top 3 for Diverse Equity Partnerships
TAMPA, FL – Carlton Fields was once again recognized among the most diverse law firms in the country, ranking No. 3 nationally among firms with 251–600 attorneys with the highest representation of minorities in their equity partnerships in Law360’s 2025 Diversity Snapshot.
Carlton Fields was also ranked in Law360’s 2025 Women in Law report. These rankings follow additional recognition of the firm’s commitment to diversity. The firm was ranked among Vault’s 2026 Top Law Firms for Diversity, ranking No. 20 nationwide, and No. 19 in Florida. The firm was also awarded the 2025 Compass Award by the LCLD.
