Mark Neubauer Appointed to Central District of California Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel

LOS ANGELES, CA – Carlton Fields shareholder Mark Neubauer has been appointed to the U.S. Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel by Chief Judge Dolly M. Gee of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to advise on the appointment and reappointment of magistrate judges. Neubauer’s three-year term will end on December 31. 2028.

Throughout more than 45 years of practice, Neubauer has achieved key litigation victories for some of the world’s most well-known companies, protecting them from multimillion-dollar claims. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, focusing on sophisticated litigation, including commercial, securities, antitrust, real estate, employment, and entertainment matters.

As the founding managing shareholder of Carlton Fields’ Los Angeles office, Neubauer was instrumental in establishing and expanding the firm’s California presence, attracting top trial attorneys and bolstering its regional reputation.
