Natalie Napierala Named to Crain’s 2026 Notable Women in Law
NEW YORK, NY – Carlton Fields attorney Natalie Napierala was named to the 2026 “Notable Women in Law” list by Crain’s New York Business.
The exclusive list recognizes leading female attorneys in the New York City metro area who have made significant contributions to the legal profession, including advancing justice, achieving precedent-setting victories for major clients, and strengthening their communities through mentorship and impactful pro bono work.
A founding shareholder of Carlton Fields’ New York office, Napierala has built a national practice representing financial institutions, executives, and public companies in SEC and FINRA investigations and enforcement proceedings. She has directed more than 80 regulatory productions in recent years, managed multiyear cross-border investigations, and secured outcomes including no-penalty resolutions and successful FSIA immunity defenses. She also advises boards and executives on governance, disclosure, and high-stakes regulatory strategy.
Committed to pro bono service and criminal justice reform, Napierala co-chairs the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and serves as secretary of the New York City Bar Association’s Criminal Advocacy Committee. In 2017, she was selected to the prestigious Fulbright Specialist Roster for a four-year term, later extended through 2022.
