Amanda “Mandy” Proctor Named Co-Office Managing Shareholder of Carlton Fields’ Atlanta Office

ATLANTA, GA – Carlton Fields has named Amanda “Mandy” Proctor co-office managing shareholder of the firm’s Atlanta office. She joins Greg Null, who has been serving as the office managing shareholder. Proctor will concentrate on internal organizational initiatives, fostering collaboration within the office, and leading marketing and branding efforts, while Null will continue to focus on talent recruitment.

“Mandy brings a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit that will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Atlanta office,” said Null. “Her leadership will help us continue to attract top talent, deliver exceptional client service, and drive innovation. Proctor represents and advises insurance carriers in complex coverage matters. Her practice includes defending insurance carriers against bad faith claims and filing declaratory judgment actions to resolve coverage issues in state and federal court. In that role, she advises insurers with respect to coverage issues concerning professional liability, cybersecurity, directors and officers, employment practices liability, representations and warranties, commercial general liability, title, and first-party property insurance policies. She joined Carlton Fields in 2017.
