Appellate Attorney Eric Kay Joins Carlton Fields
MIAMI, FL – Eric Kay has joined Carlton Fields’ Appellate and Trial Support Practice as senior counsel in the firm’s Miami office. He was most recently an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Kay focuses his practice on complex litigation and appeals. He represents clients in matters spanning a wide variety of substantive areas, including business litigation, class actions, and government issues.

Kay handles cases before trial and appellate courts throughout the country. He has briefed numerous appeals before the federal courts of appeals, the Florida Supreme Court, and state appellate courts.

Kay obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
