Brian Olasov was quoted in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, in an article titled “Atlanta’s Office Market Is Resetting. That Creates Pain and Opportunity.” The article discusses the high vacancy in metro Atlanta office buildings due to the growing number of delinquent or default commercial mortgage-backed securities loans backed by office properties.
Olasov compared the financial struggles to the five stages of grief, stating, “It starts with denial, and it ends with acceptance…We’re still in the (bargaining) phase right now, so we still have a ways to go.”
