Carlton Fields Recognized in Vault’s 2026 Top Law Firms for Diversity
Carlton Fields was named among Vault’s 2026 Top Law Firms for Diversity. The firm was ranked No. 20 nationwide, and No. 19 in Florida.
The firm ranked in the top 20 for Overall Inclusion, People with Disabilities, and LGBTQ+ Individuals. It also ranked in the top 25 for People of Color, and in the top 30 for Women. For its summer associate program, the firm ranked in the top five for Attorney Interaction.
These rankings follow numerous additional honors within recent years recognizing Carlton Fields’ commitment to diversity and inclusion. The firm was named a top-ranked firm for diversity among firms of its size in The American Lawyer’s 2024 Diversity Scorecard and Law360’s 2024 Diversity Snapshot, and has been ranked as a top firm for diversity by Vault for nearly two decades.
Vault’s 2026 rankings are derived from its Annual Associate Survey conducted from January through March 2025, based on associates’ rankings on diversity issues.
