Jeff A. Cohen Elected to Product Liability Advisory Council’s Board of Directors
MIAMI, FL – Carlton Fields’ Jeff A. Cohen was elected to the Product Liability Advisory Council’s (PLAC) board of directors at the organization’s annual meeting on October 24. His three-year term will begin on January 1, 2025.
PLAC is a trade association that helps domestic and multinational product manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers stay abreast of legal and regulatory issues. Its network of more than 600 members, both in-house and outside counsel, assist companies to manage, anticipate, and navigate the ever-changing landscape of risk management.
Cohen has more than 25 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer focusing on the representation of businesses and corporate clients in high-exposure, often highly publicized, cases ranging from product liability and personal injury lawsuits to class actions and commercial litigation.
