Over the past year, Fenton-Valdivia has litigated more than 50 cases across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas — including complex commercial and employment disputes — while expanding her practice in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Outside of her practice, Fenton-Valdivia serves on the board of the Pace Center for Girls Hillsborough, an organization that supports academic and mental health programs for at-risk girls. She is deeply committed to mentoring aspiring and early-career legal professionals, both through personal mentorship and her involvement in programs at Carlton Fields and Corporate Counsel Women of Color.
Honorees were selected from a cross-section of industries across the Tampa Bay region. A variety of factors, including roles within their organizations, size and trajectory of their workplaces, and community service, were considered in the selection process.
