Samuel Spinner Earns Appellate Practice Board Certification From the Florida Bar
MIAMI, FL – Carlton Fields associate Samuel Spinner earned his board certification in appellate practice from the Florida Bar.
Board certification in appellate practice is held by under 220 of Florida’s more than 100,000 lawyers. Established by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice.
Spinner focuses his practice on appellate litigation and trial support in state and federal courts. He has served as primary counsel for more than 50 appeals in all six Florida District Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
