Vanessa Singh Johannes Named to Savoy Magazine’s 2024 Most Influential Lawyers List
MIAMI, FL – Savoy magazine has named Vanessa Singh Johannes to its 2024 “Most Influential Lawyers” list as one of the leading Black lawyers in the country. The list recognizes lawyers whose legal prowess and commitment to excellence inspire the highest levels of corporate and legal leadership.
Johannes serves as the co-managing shareholder of Carlton Fields’ Miami office and leads the firm’s Minority Business Resource Group. Her practice focuses on advising clients on navigating government inquiries and investigations, conducting internal investigations, and creating programs to ensure compliance with regulatory provisions and federal and state laws. She serves on the board of directors for the Federal Bar Association’s South Florida chapter and the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, and is a member of the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association and Caribbean Bar Association.
