Overview
Sarah Annabi concentrates her practice in corporate business and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and commercial real estate. Her experience includes advising clients on a broad range of business matters, including the purchase, operation, and sale of businesses, as well as general corporate governance.
Sarah routinely assists with drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including loan and security agreements, asset purchase agreements, strategic alliance agreements, and commercial leases. She supports clients through each stage of a transaction — from negotiation and documentation to due diligence and closing — and works with businesses across a variety of industries throughout the regional economy.
In addition to her transactional work, Sarah has experience advising business owners on employment-related matters, including the preparation of employment and separation agreements and assisting with disputes involving discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
Sarah earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she served as executive managing editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, an award-winning member of the Mock Trial Society competition team, and director of real estate transactions of the Business Law Society.
