Overview
Benjamin Bush is developing his practice in construction litigation. He has helped represent general contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners in litigation involving defects, liens, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked as a bankruptcy research assistant at Florida International University and as a project engineer at Moss & Associates. Additionally, prior to his transition into law, Benjamin was a professional cellist who performed with various organizations and venues across the country including Miami Symphony Orchestra, 2019 Latin Grammys, and Carnegie Hall.
