Jim Barlow is an experienced construction litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, construction defect litigation, and insurance-related matters. He brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to representing contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Jim practiced at both a construction-focused boutique and a full-service litigation firm in Tampa, where he handled a wide range of matters including lien claims, contract disputes, and Department of Business and Professional Regulation complaints.
