Overview
Jillian Blumenthal focuses her practice on complex business and commercial litigation involving a wide array of substantive business and legal areas. She represents diverse clients in a variety of matters, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, and business disputes related to real property, banking litigation, and First Amendment issues.
She also represents medical device manufacturers in product liability and mass tort litigation.
Jillian has a strong commitment to pro bono work, including representing an individual on appeal in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals on a criminal matter.
Previously, Jillian worked as an assistant state attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
