Overview

Jillian Blumenthal focuses her practice on complex business and commercial litigation involving a wide array of substantive business and legal areas. She represents diverse clients in a variety of matters, including claims for breach of contract, fraud and deceptive trade practices, and business disputes related to real property and shareholder actions.

She also has experience representing high net worth individuals in complex cases involving custody, time-sharing, divorce, paternity, and pre- and post-marital agreements.

Previously, Jillian worked as an assistant state attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. She also served as an intern to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez and Patrick M. Hunt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
