Overview
Margaret Bekta is developing her practice in business litigation. As a summer associate with the firm, she worked on class action, construction, product liability, health care, and condominium matters. She researched and drafted memoranda, pretrial motions, deposition summaries, and settlement agreements, and attended depositions and court proceedings.
Margaret earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law, where she served as a research and teaching assistant and as an editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review.
