Overview

Owen Beylus focuses on real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, and commercial financing. He represents property owners, investors, and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and secured lending transactions.

Owen routinely works on matters involving complex commercial assets, including mixed-use developments, hospitality and entertainment properties, and other specialized real estate holdings. His experience includes coordinating title and survey resolution efforts, preparing financing documentation for borrowers and lenders, and supporting closing transactions from initial structuring through post-closing administration. He also assists clients with zoning, land use, and environmental compliance issues related to acquisitions and development projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Owen gained experience supporting real estate and transactional matters involving property development, financing, commercial asset management, and entity formation and structuring.

Owen is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a county court mediator.
