
Overview
Stefano Cavallaro is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on business litigation. He represents clients in complex state and federal cases involving breach of contract, commercial torts, and related disputes.
Before joining the firm, Stefano served as a captain and judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he prosecuted cases ranging from serious felonies to minor infractions in the military’s busiest judicial circuit. He also served as a special assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of California, handling criminal matters and advising on joint investigations. His background includes extensive courtroom experience, case strategy, and cross-jurisdictional collaboration, including supervisory roles and representation of the United States in both military and federal court.
