Overview
Natalie Donis focuses on the defense of product liability matters, with experience representing manufacturers of medical devices, motor vehicles, power tools, and industrial equipment. Many of the cases she has defended involve catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths. She also has experience defending commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract and defamation.
Natalie has managed matters from presuit through trial, including four bench trials — one of which was tried in the Southern District of Florida. She has mediated and settled numerous cases, drawing on years of experience deposing corporate representatives, treating physicians, and causation and liability experts. She has successfully argued countless motions, including winning motions for summary judgment.
