Natalie Donis focuses on the defense of product liability matters, with experience representing manufacturers of medical devices, motor vehicles, power tools, and industrial equipment. Many of the cases she has defended involve catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths.
Natalie has managed matters from presuit through trial, including three bench trials. She has mediated and settled numerous cases, drawing on years of experience deposing corporate representatives, treating physicians, and causation and liability experts. She has successfully argued countless motions, including winning motions for summary judgment.
Certified as a mediator during her judicial clerkship at the New Jersey Superior Court, Natalie mediated numerous “special civil” matters, achieving an over 90% settlement success rate. She has also managed complex litigation matters — including medical device cases, commercial disputes, and general negligence — serving as local counsel across multiple jurisdictions, including Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
